These terms apply when you use elunehome.com or place an order with Elunehome. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before you buy.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline an order if:
- The item is out of stock
- A price or description was listed in error
- Payment is declined or the order looks fraudulent
- We cannot ship to your address
If we decline an order after taking payment, we refund it in full.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in the currency selected on the store and include applicable tax where shown at checkout
- Shipping is free worldwide — see the Shipping & Returns page
- Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers
- Import duties or customs charges, where a country applies them, are the responsibility of the recipient
We try hard to keep prices and descriptions accurate. If an obvious error appears, we will contact you before shipping and you can confirm or cancel.
Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees — carriers, customs and weather are outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can vary between screens, and textiles carry small natural variations — these are not defects.
Intellectual property
The text, photography, design and branding on this site belong to Elunehome. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others.
Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. None of this affects your statutory consumer rights.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
Governing law
