Shipping
Shipping is free, worldwide, on every order. No minimum spend, no surcharge for distance, no checkout surprise.
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days
- You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is collected
- Delivery times vary by destination — carriers, customs and weather all play a part, so treat any estimate as an estimate
Where a country charges import duty or customs fees, those are set by that country and are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot calculate or absorb them.
Tracking your order
Your dispatch email carries the tracking link. If tracking has not moved for several days this is usually a carrier scanning gap rather than a lost parcel — email us and we will chase it for you.
Returns
If a piece is not right for you, we will take it back.
- Email hello@elunehome.com to start a return. We will send you the correct return address for your country
- Please do not send anything back before you have that address — parcels returned to the wrong place can go missing, and we cannot refund what we never receive
- Tell us your order number and what went wrong, so we can pick the fastest fix
Refunds
Refunds are arranged by email as well. Once your return is agreed and received, we refund to the original payment method. Your bank decides how quickly the money reappears — usually a few business days after we issue it.
If your order arrived damaged, faulty, or simply wrong, tell us and send a photo. We do not make you jump through hoops for a mistake that is ours.
Cancellations and changes
We dispatch quickly, which is good for you and leaves a short window for changes. Email us as soon as you can and we will catch the order if it has not left.
Wrong address
Check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, we will contact you to arrange a resend.
