What we collect, why we collect it, and how to get it removed. Written to be read, not skimmed past.
This policy explains what personal information Elunehome collects when you visit or buy from elunehome.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email hello@elunehome.com and a person will answer.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it:
- Your name, email address, shipping address and billing address
- Your order contents and order history
- Payment confirmation — we never see or store your full card number
When you browse the store, our platform automatically collects standard technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed, and the site that referred you. This is used to keep the store working and to understand which pages are useful.
How we use it
- To process, pack, ship and track your order
- To contact you about your order, including shipping updates and delivery problems
- To handle returns, replacements and refunds
- To detect and prevent fraudulent orders
- To send marketing email — only if you asked us to, and every message has an unsubscribe link that works
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with the companies that make the store run:
- Shopify — hosts the store and processes orders
- Payment providers — take payment securely; they handle card data, we do not
- Shipping carriers — need your address to deliver the parcel
- Email provider — sends order and marketing email
We do not sell your personal information. We do not pass your details to advertisers to use for their own purposes.
Cookies
The store uses cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences, and measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the cart and checkout need some of them to work.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Everything else is kept only while it is useful, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email hello@elunehome.com and we will action it. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
The store is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes will be flagged to anyone on our email list.
